HI all.
Its been awhile since I posted. Its sort of like how I was pretending to be the NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK(hence I will refer to them as NKOTB) as they are known here in Boston and around the world.

This band was the ORIGINAL BOY BAND and do not ever forget it. My brother and his new wife Kate gave me and my husband Dave the opportunity to go to this concert last night at the Garden. Boy did it bring me happiness. I danced to every song and it made me remember all the craziness and fun this band brought to my teenage life. This was one of the first concerts I was ever allowed to go to. These boys are really now hOT men... they aged well.... just like me ahhhhh.

They come from Dorchester originally and that gives me a sense of pride. I grew up in dorchester when everyone else in the state of ma thought it was ghetto. I never thought that way and I am PROUD TO BE FROM DOT! Thank you soooo much to my brother and Kate who gave us truly one of the best nights out in a while.

We are all so lucky to have these guys back on the block.
It only took 15 years to convince them that we needed them back.

Now armed with my old albums and their new albums I can once again
dominate the world with my old school NKOTB lip synching

Nine foods that will keep you calm

Forget everything you've heard about stress-eating being a bad thing. If you put the right foods in your pie hole (i.e., not pie), noshing when your nerves are jangling can actually calm you down. And that's great news, because the last thing you need is more stress, which over time can increase your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity -- and the odds that you'll go ballistic on Mom when she asks, for the third time, what your unemployed fiancé does for a living. These yummy, easy-to-find foods soothe stress and can counteract the damage that chronic pressure does to your bod. Stock up on the lot of them so that when the tension rises you can eat instead of freak.

Almonds, Pistachios & Walnuts

When all hell breaks loose, reach for a handful of almonds. They're bursting with vitamin E, an antioxidant that bolsters the immune system. Almonds also contain B vitamins, which may help your body hold up during seriously unpleasant events (like getting a year's membership to Match.com as a present). About a quarter cup every day is all you need. Another easy way to get a fix is to switch from traditional PB to almond butter on high-tension days. (We like All Natural Barney Butter Almond Butter, $7, barneybutter.com.)

Sick of almonds? Shell pistachios or crack walnuts. Both will help keep your heart from racing when things heat up. "We experience immediate cardiovascular responses to stress because of the 'fight or flight' response," says Sheila G. West, M.D., associate professor of biobehavioral health at Penn State. When stress strikes, the hormone adrenaline raises blood pressure to boost energy -- so you're prepared to run like hell if you need to. But because we seldom need to fight or flee (dodging your annoying aunt doesn't count), it's better to blunt the strain on your heart. A 2007 Penn State study led by Dr. West found that eating one and a half ounces (about a handful) of pistachios a day lowers blood pressure so your heart doesn't have to work overtime. Walnuts have also been found to lower blood pressure, both at rest and under stress, West says. Add about an ounce to salads, cereal, or oatmeal.

Avocados

The next time stress has you hankering for a high-fat, creamy treat, skip the ice cream and try some homemade guacamole -- the thick, rich texture can satisfy your craving and reduce those frantic feelings. Plus, the green wonders' double whammy of monounsaturated fat and potassium can lower blood pressure. (For a healthy recipe favorites in under 20 minutes, check out the WH Recipes homepage.) One of the best ways to reduce high blood pressure, according to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, is to get enough potassium -- and just half an avocado offers 487 milligrams, more than you'll get from a medium-size banana. To whip up your own avocado salad dressing, pure a medium avocado with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a dash of cayenne.

Skim Milk

Science backs up the old warm-milk remedy for insomnia and restlessness. Turns out calcium can reduce muscle spasms and soothe tension, says Mary Dallman, Ph.D., professor of physiology at the University of California, San Francisco. A glass of moo juice (preferably skim or 1 percent) may also reduce stressful PMS symptoms such as mood swings, anxiety, and irritability. According to a 2005 study from the Archives of Internal Medicine, women who drank four or more servings of low-fat or skim milk per day had a 46 percent lower risk of pre-period misery than women who had no more than one serving per week.

Oatmeal

Carbohydrates make the brain produce more serotonin, the same relaxing brain chemical released when you eat dark chocolate. The more slowly your body absorbs carbs, the more steadily serotonin flows, according to Judith Wurtman, Ph.D., a former MIT research scientist and co-author of The Serotonin Power Diet. The result: a less-likely-to-snap you. Because thick, hearty oatmeal is high in fiber, few things take longer for your stomach to digest, says Elizabeth Somer, M.A., R.D., author of Food & Mood. Wurtman also recommends topping it with a swirl of jam for a quicker release of serotonin. When you know it's going to be a doozy of a day, avoid heavily processed varieties (e.g., the sugary kind that come in packets meant for the microwave), which are digested more quickly, and take the time to make thick-cut old-fashioned oats, like McCann's Original Steel-Cut Irish Oatmeal ($6 for 28 oz, amazon.com). But if two minutes for breakfast is all you have, you can still do your mood a favor by opting for instant oatmeal over Cocoa Puffs.

Oranges

Fretting over a job interview or presentation at work? Pour yourself a glass of Florida's famous juice or peel yourself an orange. The magic nutrient here is vitamin C. In a study in Psychopharmacology, German researchers subjected 120 people to a public-speaking task plus a series of math problems. Those who took 3,000 milligrams of vitamin C reported that they felt less stressed, and their blood pressure and levels of cortisol (a stress hormone) returned to normal faster. "Vitamin C is also a well-known immune system booster," says Amy Jamieson-Petonic, R.D., a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. So don't be bummed that you got a fruit-of-the-month-club gift instead of the video Nano -- you're going to need all those oranges and grapefruits.

Salmon

Stress hormones have an archenemy: omega-3 fatty acids. A 2003 study from Diabetes & Metabolism found that a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids kept cortisol and adrenaline from geysering. Omega-3 fatty acids also protect against heart disease, according to a 2002 study in the Journal of the American Medical Association. "Eat a three-ounce serving of fish, especially fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, and light tuna, at least twice a week," Jamieson-Petonic says. Not a fish eater? For another omega-3 punch, buy foods fortified with DHA (you'll find this particular fatty acid in eggs, yogurt, milk, and soy products); but don't go out of your way for products that boast booming levels of ALA, another fatty acid, which may not work as well.

Spinach

Magnesium was made to calm holiday insanity. First, the mineral can help lower your stress levels, keeping your body in a state of relative ease as you kick off yet another round of small talk at the company party. Not getting enough magnesium may trigger migraine headaches and make you feel fatigued. (And almost seven out of 10 of us don't get enough of the stuff. No wonder we're cranky.) Just one cup of spinach provides 40 percent of your daily value -- so try subbing it for lettuce on sandwiches and salads. (And now you have an excuse to indulge in the spinach dip!)

Yes. I am from New England. Yes. I am bummed about the
Patriots losing. I still love the Patriots and mr #12.
It was an upset but there were plenty of factors that contributed
to their demise.

But its a GAME. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose.
Its no big deal.

Today is a new day. A day to hope for a better season next year.
I am just glad i did not bet a million dollahs on the game.

January is a crowded time at the gym. Lots of people are working out to fulfill their 2008 resolutions, which is truly great. I thought it might be a good idea to review a few key elements of gym etiquette. If you are new to gym life, or just need a refresher course please read on.

Some gyms make you sign up for machines, so ask before hopping up on one that you see is empty. You don't want to upset someone who's been waiting a half an hour for a turn.
Clean up after yourself. Always bring a towel with you to wipe down machines and the pool of sweat you might have created. Likewise, put equipment back where it belongs. Even if you found a set of free weights in the spinning room, put them back where they belong so others know where to find them.
Don't hog the machines (especially if it's a busy time). Some gyms have time limits and it's up to the person using the machine to get off on time. Don't be one of those people who cover the display and pretends like you have no idea you've been on it for over 30 minutes.
What else should you know? To find out read more

Set machines back to the standard position after you're done. It's annoying when you go to use the leg extension machine and some guy has set it to 80 pounds.
Be respectful of your fellow gym members. Keep the chatting to a minimum and if you must have your cell phone with you, put it on vibrate. If you get a call, find a private place to talk.
Don't stare at other people working out. If you have a question for them, go ahead and ask, but staring is impolite!
Even though you're in an all girls locker room, be a little modest. Nobody wants to see you walking about in your birthday suit (even if you are proud that your hard work is paying off).

I am on a kick ass new way of life. I am feeling pretty damn good about it too.
I have since lost almost 2 pounds in the past week. Thats great. Only 30 more do i need to lose....ha ha ha

i am actually enjoying this new portion observing crazy workout life of mine.
i am not denying myself anything. i am just so excited that this new way of life seems to make me feel so much better than i ever thought. My blender was possibly the best appliance we ever bought.

Now...here is an article on FABSUGAR.com that I think you should read.

Remember the Grapefruit Diet from that wonderful decade the 80s? I just read a new variation of the diet – a half grapefruit with every meal, and I am not quite sure how I feel about it. While this new take on the diet is not nearly as extreme as just eating limitless portions of grapefruit and a few hard boiled eggs to keep you from fainting, it still seems a bit overboard.

A 2006 study found that beginning every meal with half a grapefruit can help shed unwanted pounds. In a 12-week study, participants who had half grapefruit starters at every meal, lost on average 3.6 pounds compared to others who were not eating the large citrus fruit and only lost on average one pound. Researchers think that plant compounds help to lower insulin levels and the smaller the amount of insulin in the blood after a meal, the more efficiently the body uses food for energy rather than storing it as fat.

I don't know about you, but the thought of starting every meal with a half a grapefruit for four months sounds unappetizing to me, and I love grapefruit. Grapefruit is in season right now though, so the fruit would be extra tasty and cheap. What about you? Tell me about it in the comments section below.

Get Excited!

HI there
there are so many reasons to be excited today.

1) I get to pay the bills on monday 12/10/07.
2) My best friend and her husband come to stay with me and dave on 12/14/07
3) My other really awesome friend comes to town this weekend.
4) Some of my other favorite cousins come to town next weekend.
5) I get to design a new logo for a new company and I get to get paid for it.
6) dave graduates this coming May and hopefully we will be able to go away to
Europe and use some of my accrued vacation time. We also might get to meet up with
my best friend from germany and her husband.
7) I get to maybe go eat Indian Food tonight.
8) I get to do more christmas shopping this weekend and I might finally have a gameplan for presents for my parents.
9) If i ever get to add a more styled office to my home office,...This is what i would add to my home office.

This is what I call design!. This bench is made of 1306 pencils(pink because they are fancy). You can pull each pencil out and use it to write down a note...and then put it back
BUT
if you use each pencil the same amount of wear or different wear
then you must sharpen either ONE or ALL to get the bench Even again.

Can you tell i got to work at 7am EST?

I am HIGH on Dayquil today i guess. The stuff makes me loopy.

WHEN YOU ARE STRESSED..like me...EAT AN ORANGE!

I am feeling the aftereffects of my adventure at the auto shop yesterday.
My lovely brake job drained me of some hard earned money
and because my part time retail gig is cheating me out of HOURS
i am feeling a bit stressed today

so i did some research on how to reduce stress.

Let's face it, the holiday season is stressful. Couple that with all the runny noses that surround you and it becomes clear – vitamin C is your ally. Aside from helping shorten the duration of a cold, fighting wrinkles, and helping absorb iron, vitamin C is a stress buster. Boosting your system with extra C before stressful events can help bring your blood pressure back to normal more quickly. Plus it can help even out your cortisol levels after a taxing situation. Cortisol is a brain chemical that is part of our response to stress, and while it is good to have around in the short term, you really don't want it lingering in your system. Hence the importance of Vitamin C since it helps brings cortisol levels back to normal.

Fit's Tips: Winter is citrus season, so it easy to get vitamin C from food sources. If citrus isn't your thing, check out this list

Recently California suffered when temps (remember we are talking about California here) dipped to around 30 degrees killing a good amount of the bountiful citrus crops.

So even though we are facing a minor citrus shortage, it is still recommended that you get at least 75-90 mg per day of vitamin c. In light of all this, you can still get your oranges from Florida, but there are lots of other foods high in vitamin c that you may also want to consider such as:

Papaya: 313.1 mg in one
Bell peppers: 174.80 mg in one cup
Broccoli: 205.7 mg in one cup

-wondering when the bills for the SAAB and THE VW will ever stop.
-wondering why my comcast bill is 10 dollars more this month...oh yeah that ONDEMAND MOVIE we watched because Hollywood Video closed one more store....
-wondering how many times i have gone to the grocery store and gas station in the past two weeks.
-wondering if god will ever make my car work right.
- having a blast with my husband watching TV and making chex mix(or having him make me some chex mix...)

so today i dropped over 200 for brake work for my car
yesterday got screwed by the tire shop for a shitty job and paid them 160

I did a dumb thing this morning
I drove my car and my car decided to not drive anymore
because i had no coolant in the engine
how exciting!
so i pulled over and in the midst of traffic
read my manual...which is ever so lovely because it is complicated and very 'engineery'
so i call my dad (who i am so lucky to be able to call in times of need)
and he works nearby.....

and he tells me to wait with the car
he has some coolant
sooooo he gets there
and his coolant is like an inch deep
and he says I do not have enough...you must go find more
sooooo i walk down the road
and buy a gallon of coolant
and we put it in the car
and wait for it to process
and then i drive to work
thus making my commute today 1 hour and 1 half.
(usually takes me 30 mins)

BUT i brought Cupcakes to work
so people like me today....

WISH MY HUSBAND DAVE GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND
BECAUSE HELL YEAH WE ARE GOING TO NYC

Adventures in Retail...When dealing with a Cell Phone Utilizer...

I work in retail and i despise people on cell phones while you are trying to help them. so when i am at the register and someone is on the phone..i just stop what i am doing and wait for them to get off...and because they are annoyed that i am not ringing up their stuff...;they get off phone and then i restart ringing in their order and thank them for not talking on the phone because i want to make sure they are understanding what they are buying. :)

Sometimes if someone is talking on the cellphone and i am waiting for them to get off the phone
i start to ask them questions
that i know i do not need to ask
just to throw their concentration off.

Its friday by the time you read this and therefore maybe the Red Sox have won another game. Maybe not. Its a tough call now to say that because i write this Thursday Night.

HAPPY FRIDAY.

Life seems to be better this week. My alignment on the car from hell
seems to be working fine. There may possibly be a freelance job (finally)
in my corner. I am trying to work out the details . Please say a few thousand
hail marys for me as if you do I might possibly carry this freelance job out to fruition. I will not say what the freelance job is until its finalised.

It feels good to say that though....I may possibly have a freelance job.
BUT i am being positive and taking care of myself.
I have to be thankful to myself that i work hard.

Where is this post going? I am not sure. I am half thinking as the Red Sox play a tight game with the Rockies as we speak. I cannot watch the tv. Its too stressful.
May the best team win game 2 of the world series. May it be the Red SOX

is not very kind. I feel bad for her.

Hi there everyone.
The South Sore Plaza has come into a new kind of fast food joint.
Its a california chain called MELT.
They serve gelato and sorbetto. They also make sweet and savory crepes.

I do not know how healthy it is
but i had a ANDALUSIAN CREPE yesterday before my shift at the Kitchen store.
It had mushroom, spinach, avocado and cheese
and it was tasty!

I have to go back and try the gelato at some point but there
are only so many calories to be had in one day.

OH YEAH....My husband presented me with my birthday present yesterday.
Its' none other than the ring i have wanted for awhile....
A 7 carat Green amethyst with little diamonds all around it.
Can you say....Happy Birthday? i am so excited and happy and thankful.

Well today it finally feels like spring! yes spring has arrived in boston
but boston only seems to partially understand spring. First its RAIN RAIN RAIN
and then COLD at night and then 70 degrees. I will take the 70 degrees anytime.
I am like a cat. I love heat. I hate cold.

so its almost time for easter in Boston
and its been a pretty cold few days
some parts of NE got snow . snow? yes. SNOW. Its april 5 in the
2008th year of our lord and we are getting snow in New England(NE)
well....at least south of boston where I live and breathe
got TORRENTIAL RAIN instead of SNOW.

So I guess I can tell you
DAVE and I are going on Vacation MAY 5-12th
to beautiful sunny SAINT MAARTEN!
We are so excited

Our cat Sushi has finally been introduced to her long live love
of a AUTOMATIC LITTER BOX.
Do not ask us why we never thought about getting her this
lovely contraption in the seven years i have had her(four for daVE
SHE IS A joint asset in the marriage)

The thing is fancy
Its almost like a Bentley I swear!
It can sense when the cat steps out of the litterbox(motion sensor)
and then it turns itself on. First it filters the stank of poopy air
and then it magically scoops out the litter into an airtight bin.

GENIUS!

you can guess that this new investment of ours
has brought much improvement to the air quality that is our home.
Never again will we smell dirtiness..

oh wait...someday there will be dirty diapers.
anyways :)
maybe they will invent a robot to do that too

changing diapers is a joy of parenthood

More fun than Froth and a wad of Meat!

Good Morning

So i took a chill pill yesterday and learned about this fun cartoon on CN. I have never been a huge cartoon fan...but i did love Jetsons,Flintstones, strawberryshortcake and smurfs. I used to also watch Fat Albert with my bro and it was FANTASTIC.

I have decided that even though this show has terrible marketing techniques that surprisingly are ingenious that I should probably check an episode out of it. Mainly i make this decision because how can you not like a wad of ground beef as a cartoon character?

Beef. Its whats for dinner. I like it that way.

Something about the premise of a cartoon posse consisting of FRIES, A shake, and a wad of rotten Beef trying to infiltrate a outdoor outground swimming pool in Jersey makes me snicker. It saddens me to read of a sad sad story in the Boston Globe Today
Has this world gone so mad that someone would use a pellet gun
on a harmless seal?

I am a true animal lover and I believe in protecting our species
of the world. It hurts to read this story but It must be read.

In other news.....
some ridiculous ad campaign made our city of Boston a psychotic hot zone yesterday
because once again Money hungry TV networks feel they must stop at nothing to promote
the evil we call America's reliance on pathetic cartoons. I could go on and on because I feel that in this day and age Television Networks have had way too much freedom to abuse the laws by placing insane marketing devices under and in major danger areas prone to attacks. Hasn't Boston been through enough? Hasn't every city been through enough?
I do not mean to drag this down.
But it just rattles my brain as to why this is so called acceptable to some major corporations
to market in an age like this with such a guerrila style. I think America is overstimulated. They cannot even drive their kids around in a car without installing TVS in cars. TVS IN CARS ARE WRONG AND I WOULD NEVER EVER GET ONE. People need to start caring about the world around them and grow up.

I am just tired of the hate
and
stupid reality shows that award average chefs with awards when clearly
the one that deserved to win was shafted...because maybe all the TEXTed voters might not watch the show if the foodie judges pick the person who does deserve to win because it is a
Cooking Competition

Kitchen Mystere!

Hi there
So its monday and I do not have much time to converse
but i would like to tell you about the book I am hoping to go score
at the Boston Public Library.
Normally I would go buy this book BUT I have been told
that I need to conserve money when it comes to cookbooks and things
dealing with my love of cooking. I recently purchased a wonderful cookbook
entitled: "Spanish Country Kitchen" It is wonderful and very
fun to read. I plan on trying to attempt FIG fritters and
Stuffed Oysters at some point. YUM-O!

Anthony Bourdain(the guy in the shot above) is a world reknowned chef
who risks his life to persue the great eats of the world.
I am anxious to read all about it.

GO to your bookstore or Library and get this book
try to read it between all the other things in your life
and comment to me about it if you may

How have you been? How were your Holidays?
Hope they went well. I was sick for a bit so I was not really up to blogging
I appreciate your concern though

I am back to being fancy and oh so ....you know....fabulous
I have not had caffeine in over 12 days and I think
it actually helps me stay on top of my nerves
I think i will go for it and try to live on less caffeine.
It seems to make me happier.
Starbucks decaf is so good too so I think i can keep up this new habit.
Dunkin Donuts should be outlawed. The coffee continues to disappoint me!

Ok that was a mix of Spanish and French for
Torture Friday!

Dance/Balletone was exemplary last night and my trainer
kicked my culo this morning. (That would be italian for
BEHIND.) I am FULL OF LINGUISTICA today!

Shakira Brung it at the Latin Grammys last night at NYC madison sq
I missed the performance BUT i think i can DVR it at some point
I love her duet of La Tortura with Alejandro Sanz
I was shakin my hips while driving to
wonderous accting job this morning.

I also scored a kick ass non fat gingerbread latte at
Starbucks Empire of Coffee today. YUM-MO!
GO YO! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMO!
(seriously you must try one)

ALSO if anyone wants to buy me a nice present
of the new fabulous travel coffee mug that looks like
it was dipped in GOLD at starbucks. Please buy it

(the husband did not think it was appropriate for
me to wear my leopard print halter top to the office today

Now this is what I am about!

Today is Monday. The weekend was pretty much fabulous
as it usually is because I get to spend quality time with myself
and quality time doing what I love to do.
Usually my weekend involves working both days
but this weekend was awesome.

First it started out on Friday. My husband and I got to do a
project together and then I had steak(yum!) and then we saw
The movie I have been wanting to see...."little children"
Kate Winslet deserves an oscar for this movie. Its a complex
movie that both amused David and I and intrigued us. The movie
is about living your life the way you want to. It was enlightening
and exciting and I highly reccomend it.

Second, I worked and went to two of my new favorite Gym classes.
First was the ultra intensity DANCE class where I shaked my groove
thing and then I lifted weights in Pilates Sculpt class.
(because....I am fabulous)

Third....We indulged in Sushi and Soba at one of my Fave restaurants
FUJI 1546 in Quincy. I had the best sour apple martini with Belvedere Vodka
and BOY did it rock my world.

Fourth....I am now the proud subscriber to DVR on my Comcastic Cable
and IT IS FABULOUS...If you watched the Flavor of Love reunion on VH1
you would know why I am saying FABULOUS so much

because

I am fabulous

and I kick ass because I take the Bull by the horns and BRING IT
(i also indulged in a leopard print calf hair wallet so I FEEL GOOD)

so tonight if my husband feels lucky
I might bake BROWNIES in honor of not having to work
on Halloween Night tommorrow and we can indulge in some
KICK ASS brownies and FONDUE

Dreams of Capri and Chartreuse Candles....

I dream of Capri
You say the word to me and i go off to a happy place I dream of visiting
before we settle down and have children.

My husband who is a very caring person is persuing his
dream of becoming a Physician Assistant. I am very excited for him
because I know it is what he really wants to do . I go between
goals on a regular basis. Some days I want to be a graphic designer(which
i already supposedly am) and other days I dream of enrolling
in Culinary School to learn the fine art of cuisine.

I do not want to own a restaurant but because I love to cook so much
I feel there has to be a way to combine my love for cooking and
preparing masterful meals for our someday children and their children
(if i live that long...hee hee)
Cooking and Italy have always been a part of my life.
Growing up I have fond memories of my mom by the stove
and my dad telling silly stories of Italy
You see, my parents are both off the boat
They worked hard to get where they are today
My husband works hard too to help us live a healthy life
Where am I going with this?

I dream.
I dream a lot.
I dream of a long beautiful journey
that will teach me things I never knew about myself.

I am inspired by the people around me
I am inspired by strange things such as candles which
intrique me to think how life is truly amazing.

Work has been busy...both jobs and

namely Scarlett Johannson, Josh Hartnett, and
Hillary Swank (that swanky best actress we all know and love)

USUALLY I HATE AFFLECKS BUT THIS TIME I WILL SAY ITS
PROBABLY GOOD THAT CASEY has another chance at trying to act

Pondering while Lounging

Sometimes you have a day when you really do not want to say much
but you need to say something.
its almost september. i really dread september.
the weather gets colder and you cannot go to the beach.
i love august. this august has been ok
but somehow i feel like my life has been so backwards lately

it seems like the end of august brings on the serious
misconceptions you have about everything.
number one in my book to ponder is how to make
the most out of this two job work seven days a week kind of life.
i am getting really tired of this whole routine

the only good thing about upcoming september
is that:
1) good fashion is coming soon!
2) hot soup
3) no more bathing suits
4) no more shorts and capri pants
5) hooray for patterned tights and BOOTS!
6) hugging my cat for warmth at night instead of pushing her away since its too hot out.

So.... while reading my usual daily reading of People.com
I came across this cool picture of Christina Ricci.
I think she only gets better with age( I used to think she was kind of dorky)
I do too.(get better with age that is)

Not only did this picture make me envious
but i think it would be pretty sexy to get a tiny
tattoo under my bustline

I have not done this.
But its an idea....one that i would need to really think about.
There is something about nice scripted type as a tattoo that makes me quiver.
Maybe this graphic designer in me needs to be revealed

Its pretty cool to be 30.
I think I am liking it.

Tommorrow I swan dive into a new age group....the 30's
Its really scary for me
I like being 29
I like my brown hair
(a certain obvious part of my hair is suddenly turning a metallic color)

But it feels so weird to me

I am not going to pretend I am 29
that would be so passe

But is 30 an opportunity to let myself grow more?

Ok so I edited the Title because I do not believe in using Crass Language
on my site....even though I like to mumble it to myself on certain occasions

Gym Thing is going well. I really love my regimen.
The new locker room at my gym is what I have dreamed of for a while
I have a penchant for decor and bathroom fixtures.
I am pleased with a lot of things right now.

I am excited for my cousin to have baby #3
another cousin of mine had a healthy beautiful baby boy
and
I am finally feeling like I am on my way to a great physique.

Did I tell you I love Big Band Music?
I cannot wait for Christine Aguilera to come out with her new Twin set CDS
My brother in law and his girlfriend are so cool too
Now if my office A/C would work correctly all the pieces would fit together

Hey Girls and Guys

Its been a while since my last post. I have been pretty busy
being sick with a fabulous case of Bronchitis and Sinusitis
but today I am starting to feel better! Hooray!
(I am sick of sleeping in a sitting up position)

At times like this I am in need of a Kraft-Matic Adjustable Bed

Anyways enough of that random Talk.
This is the Fourth of July Ultra Long weekend of Fun!
I am very excited to go to our favorite Bar tonight....FUJI 1546!
I am also planning to venture to the Beach tommorrow and
Pretend I am a celebrity. I LOVE FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND!

I am also happy to say that I will be able to attend
a really ROCKIN Party at my Fabulous Friend Michelles 29th Birthday!
I am making a BARBIE CAKE as I do every year for my cool-ass friend!
I might take a picture and post it
but you have to mail me a pair of ultra cool rollerskates
and buy me a set of tix to XANADU: THE MUSICAL on BROADWAY

case in point:
i turned the TV on yesterday
(because i wanted to watch the Britney Spears Interview on the TODAY SHOW)
(but i missed it...here is why)

went in the other room
when i came back in the room
the TV was OFF
so i said to my husband
"did you turn it off?"
he said
"no"
"why are you accusing me of turning the tv off?"

i said
"well then I guess the cat did it"

Damn I better make my cat do more tricks!

I am sorry for my lack of posting. It has been one heck of a June!
I ventured to NAPA VALLEY and begun my third career of Wine Taster to the Stars...
Then i started my fourth Career as a Pussycat Doll.
