in hopes that I will be able to salvage my old portfolio files
and make the files more readable to edit in Adobe Indesign.

I have a long up hill battle
But I can do it

Good Morning Y'all
I am a sucker for smelly good pretty things.
If your ever in a jam wondering what to buy me
you can always please me with:
-coconut scented anything
(in this case I have highlighted Coconut Lime Verbena Antibacterial Soap/Lotion)
-Something red or Pink
-Kabbalah Candle( for that secret kaballahist in a catholic girls mind)
-IF IT INVOLVES WARM SENSUAL AROMAS.....think chocolate, or orchids

I am not a ROSE kind of girl
I love hot pink roses or pale pink or deep red FLOWER roses
BUT never anything to perfume with....in other words...NO ROSE SCENTED SOAPS
NO ROSE SCENTED OIL

Mother Nature gave me the greatest gift(other than my booty):)
The allergy to rose OILs

rose petals on the other hand are nice.

I am Happy to say that Last night in my
cRAZY mAD-hoUSEWIFE bRAND WINE BOUT of confidence
(and the bullieing of my husband)
(and the bullying of my friends)
(and the bullying of my brother)
I did something wild......

I EMAILED MY NEWLY UPDATED GRAPHIC RESUME
TO A TEMP AGENCY.

It felt good to get it out there
NO matter how many changes I need to make
to get back into the Design world

I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE!
I still have my full time job
and my husband and a roof over my head
and a lovely family to support me

and

my favorite cat Sushi
and my favorite friends

today and so far the compliments just keep coming. Its friday so I am in a particularly good mood. THIS "HonkyTonk.....BedOnkeydoNK" is a real song by

Yippitey DO! I am so excited today...NOt just because it is Friday
BUT also because i have been WAITING to see this movie
and TONIGHT i get to go see it! Yes when you are pushing 30
and working seven days a week...You get totally ecstatic about Woody Allen Movies.
THERE ARE TOO MANY MOVIES OUT THAT I HAVE TO SEE....I would rather go to the
movies than sleep.
Still on the list of movies that marisa needs to see:
- BrokeBack Mountain
- Memoirs of a Geisha
- Hostel(looks good but still unsure)
- Cassanova(wait for DVD)
*there are probably a couple more but i am feeling brain-dead right now so i cannot think straight....maybe because the bills are due tuesday and i have a LOAD of paperwork and paper trails to chase down and conquer.

Now...about that Graphic Design....I want to answer a lingering question my friends keep hounding me about. ITS A WORK IN PROGRESS. I am trying to finalise my logo and get a cable to connect my ZIPDRIVE to my computer....I might end up buying a new ZIP DRIVE.....maybe that will make my solutions so much better....also i need to upgrade my operating system....so this is an ongoing process...as i make PROGRESS i will update you all. Now I must get back to work. As i need a job to pay for the computer stuff and all the materials that go into working on my portfolio..

Well Well WELL.....After high class dining with my good friend Megan
and my darling husband David I have once again restablished my love
affair with Sushi (the food not my cat)(i love her too)
FUJI1546 in QUINCY MA IS THE BOMB-DIGGETY~



I personally enjoyed the BLUE CRAB MAKI and the Avocado Salad
YUMMO as well to the joys of Shrimp Tempura Maki and Spint Tuna Maki
(NOTE: I DID NOT EAT ALL OF THIS BY MYSELF..I had a sharing party of 2)

Sushi makes me Happy
Perpetuating my transition to Freelance Graphic Design makes me happy too
Its fresh
Like I am!

and to celebrate...I must go to the darkside and go purchase this
JUST TO experience true intellectual cooking store....


THE DARK SIDe IS SOOOOOOO GOOD!
and Victorias Secret semi annual sale is a good thing too!
